A photo campaign of relatives of mentally ill people all over Germany on the occasion of the International Day of Mental Health

Stand up for the visibility of relatives of people with mental illness: With a selfie and a statement, you send a signal against false shame, against discrimination and for a strong community of relatives. Because we are many. And we also have a story.

Here’s how you can participate:

Create a selfie and send it along with a short statement of yourself describing how you are doing with your role as a relative (max. 120 characters). We then combine them into an action card and publish it on our channels as part of Mental Health Week.
